A graceful three-course journey where every moment shines. Begin with Petals light, artfully plated introductions like Mushroom Rockefeller or Fried Green Tomato with Creole Aioli. Move into Flourish, where mains such as Blackened Oyster Mushroom “Steak” with Dirty Rice or Lion’s Mane Étouffée showcase soulful, bold flavors. End with Ever After, sweet finales like Praline Bread Pudding or Sweet Potato Pecan Tart, crafted to linger on the palate and in memory.

A more indulgent progression of flavors and textures. From Petals to Bloom, explore garden-fresh salads before arriving at Harvest Bloom where you'll enjoy your choice of soup or stew. Flourish delivers mains with refined depth, followed by Ever After, a dessert finale accompanied by a Champagne Toast as romantic as the evening itself. Signature mocktails, crafted with herbs and fruits are paired to complement each course. Chef Shan's wine pairing list will be provided as well for an elevated experience.
